How can I make an appointment with you?

How should I prepare for my lactation initial consult or follow up appointment?
Please have a list of questions and concerns, any feeding devices being used (nipple shields, SNS, bottles, etc.), feeding/diaper log, nursing pillow if you have one, pump and all attachments/power supply if applicable, and hydration!
Does my insurance cover this?
Many insurances cover lactation services. I am in-network with Cigna and Blue Cross through Lactation Network where you can book an appointment at the tab at the top of my website, listed "Cigna and Blue Cross members."
If I am not in-network with your insurance company I can provide you with a superbill so you can file a claim with your individual insurance company. Check your out-of-network insurance benefits to determine how much you will be reimbursed.
What is your fee and cancellation policy?
Fee for service is due at time of booking. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $25.
Remember, a lactation consult costs significantly less money than NOT breastfeeding!
